Carl Yeung is currently the Director and Chief Financial Officer with ATA Inc.， and will resign from Board of Directors effective upon the SEC’s declaration of effectiveness of the registration statement on Form F-1， of which this prospectus forms a part. Prior to joining ATA， Mr.Yeung worked as an Analyst and Associate at Merrill Lynch （Asia Pacific） Limited from 2002 to 2006.

Mr.Yeung was born in 1980， and holds a Bachelor degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Wharton School， University of Pennsylvania， and a Bachelor degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Systems Engineering from School of Engineering and Applied Sciences， University of Pennsylvania.
