Kebin Zhai， obtained Commercial Economics Diploma from Pingyuan University and Business Administration Certificate from the Zhengzhou University. Mr Zhai Kebin is the Executive Director as well as Chief Project Planning and Development Officer of Sunshine Holdings Limited. Mr Zhai joined Sunshine Group in 2001 and he is responsible for overall project management of Sunshine Holdings Limited.Prior to joining Sunshine Holdings Limited， Mr Zhai was the sales manager in the Henan representative office of Toshiba Sanguang Yiliao from 1997 to 2001 where he was responsible for the sales and marketing function.
