Peng Zhiyong

Peng Zhiyong， obtained a Bachelor of Economics from Jiangxi Institute of Finance and Economics （Department of Accountancy） and a Master of Business Administration from City University in Washington， United States of America. From 1983 to 1989， Mr. Peng was an Assistant Supervisor with the Bureau of the Government Administration Affairs Under the State Council of the PRC. He was a Financial Manager at Beijing Yongyou Software Co.， Ltd from 1989 until 1992. From 1992 to 1998， Mr. Peng served as Chief Financial Officer of various software and advertising companies， being BBDO/CNUAC Advertising Co.， Ltd， Beijing Federal Software Development Co.， Ltd and Shanghai MPI Advertising Group. From 1998 to 2000， Mr Peng was a Financial Analyst at Nortel Networks （China） Beijing Representative Office. He subsequently joined Asiainfo Technology （China） Co.， Ltd as a Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2001. He joined Beijing BeXcom-Taiji Technology Co.， Ltd as its Finance Director in 2001. Mr. Peng was the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Telestone Technology Co.， Ltd from 2003 to 2004 where he was responsible for managing the finances of the company. Mr. Peng Zhiyong was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Aceway Telecom Technology Co.， Ltd. in 2004. He is responsible for overseeing the accounting， financial， taxation and investment matters of our Group.
