Rongbing Yang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing Normal University. Mr. Yang Rongbing was with Jiangsu Xuzhou Bio-chemical Pharmaceutical Factory from 1988 to 1993 where he worked his way up from a technician to assistant factory head. From 1993 to 1997， Mr. Yang Rongbing was a Deputy General Manager with Yantai Bio-tech. In 1994， Mr. Yang Rongbing joined Yantai Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. as a Deputy General Manager and from 1999 to 2000， Mr. Yang Rongbing was the Chief Sales Executive and Executive Director of Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. In 2000， Mr. Yang Rongbing has also been a non-executive director of Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. since 2000. In 2001， Mr. Yang Rongbing was appointed as General Manager and Executive Director of Wuhu Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. and then the non-executive director of Asiapharm Group on 9 July 2003.
