许鸿群

Hui Hung Kwan holds a bachelor degree in business administration （hons） with a major in accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from in 1994. Mr. Hui has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1997 and a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2002. From 1994 to 2001， Mr. Hui held various positions in Li， Tang， Chen & Co.， a Hong Kong firm of certified public accountants and then was appointed as the Audit Manager from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Hui joined CG TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS LIMITED in June 2004. Mr. Hui is the Chief Financial Officer of the Group now and is responsible for financial management and accounting matters of the Group in the PRC.
