Sin Just Wong

Sin Just Wong has served as an independent director of our board since February， 2007 and is the chairman of our audit committee. In addition， Mr. Wong has served as an independent non-executive director of China.com Inc.， an affiliated company， since November 1999. He is the executive and co-chairman of E2-Capital （Holdings） Limited， executive vice-chairman and chief executive officer of Softbank Investment International （Strategic） Limited， chairman of SBI E2-Capital Asia Holdings Limited and independent non-executive director of Capital Strategic Investment Limited， alternate director to Ong Tiang Lock of Intelligent Edge Technologies Berhad and non-executive director of Westcomb Financial Group Limited.

Mr. Wong possesses over 10 years of investment banking and venture capital experience， and has held positions with a number of international investment banks. Mr. Wong holds a bachelor of engineering degree from the Imperial College of Science， Technology and Medicine in London and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants， England and Wales.
