Mr Cao Yu is an executive Director and president of the Company and one of the founding shareholders of the Group. Mr Cao graduated from Tianjin University with a master’s degree in communications and electronic systems in 1987 and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering in 1982. Mr Cao has been a director of Gulf Security Technology Company Limited （“GST”） and has served in various management positions in the Group since 1993.
