Xiaolin Zhu

Mr Zhu graduated from Beijing University majoring in International Finance in 1992. Mr Zhu Xiaolin is one of the founders of the Group and was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company on 23 April 2003. Mr Zhu is currently the Executive Chairman of Beijing Si Bo Xing Ye Economy Development Co. Ltd where he is responsible for its strategic development and oversees the management of its daily operations. Mr Zhu was the General Manager of Asia Pacific Oriental Wen Yuan （Restaurant and Nightclub） from 1990 to 1995， and in 1994 he was appointed as a director of Oriental Pearl College. In 2001， he was also appointed as Board Chairman of Beijing Si Bo Xing Ye Economy Development Co. Ltd. He has previously held the position of Board Chairman of Beijing Oriental Jia Meng Trading Co.， Ltd from 1995 to 2001， and Board Chairman of Dongguan Bai Sheng Investment Development Co.， Ltd from 1999 to 2002.
