Henry Skelsey

Henry Skelsey has a B.S. in Business Administration from George Mason University and MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. A co-founder and Partner of PRC Venture Partners， Henry has spent over 20 years in the private equity industry. From 1998 until 2004， Henry was the Managing Partner of Fulton Capital Management， a firm he founded， and the predecessor firm of PRC Venture Partners. During this time he was also the Vice Chairman and CFO of Tanning Technology Inc. a public IT system engineering and services firm. From 1988 to 1998， he was a Managing Director at AEA Investors， Inc.， one of the nation’s oldest private equity firms whose investors include some of the world’s leading industrial families， and chief executive officers of some of the world’s largest corporations. From 1984 to 1988， Henry was a Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Lehman Brothers in New York City. Henry serves， and has served， on a number of private and public company boards and has held various executive operating positions in public and private portfolio companies.
