Jared Stone has served as a Managing Director of Northgate since 2001. He serves on several advisory and company boards.
Prior to Northgate， Jared was an associate at Bain Capital， a leading alternative asset management firm. Prior to Bain Capital， Jared was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Jared earned his MBA， with high distinction as a Baker Scholar， from Harvard Business School. He holds a JD from Yale Law School， and a BA in Honors Economics from Brigham Young University， where he graduated valedictorian.
While at Yale， he co-founded the Amistad Academy， a New Haven-based charter school recognized by the Connecticut Board of Education and local， regional and national media for closing the achievement gap.
