David Wong

David Wong joined the Darby Asia Investor team as a Senior Associate in February 2005. Prior to joining Darby， Mr. Wong was an Equity Research Analyst at Citigroup Smith Barney for four years， gaining experience in business and stock market analysis， acquiring regional insights into the retail， sourcing， manufacturing and food & beverage sectors， and performing financial modeling， and valuation and risks assessments. During the previous four years， he was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate， for the Assurance & Business Advisory Services in the Financial Services Division. There， he supervised the audit staff in business assurance and advisory services for a diverse clientele specializing in the banking and capital market industry. He also participated in due diligence review projects including portfolio valuation， analytical and internal control review， compliance review， and credit analysis. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Public Accountant （CPA） and a Certified Management Accountant （CMA）. Mr. Wong is fluent in English， Mandarin and Cantonese.
