Chris Shehadeh

Chris Shehadeh is the Deputy New York Regional Director， responsible for the Company's New York business， a portfolio of approximately 18 million square feet. Since joining Tishman Speyer in 2000， Mr. Shehadeh has held leadership roles in asset management， leasing， development and acquisitions. These roles included overseeing the asset management for office and multi-family assets， Top of the Rock Observation Deck development at Rockefeller Center， retail leasing efforts at Rockefeller Center， redevelopment of Colorado Center in Santa Monica， in addition to leading the acquisition joint venture between Tishman Speyer and Golden Tree InSite Partners—a venture concentrating on residential opportunities in the U.S. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute （ULI） and Real Estate Board of New York （REBNY）. Mr. Shehadeh graduated with a BS in engineering from Boston University， and earned an MBA in finance from New York University.
