Adalberto Costa

Adalberto Costa joined Tishman Speyer in 2009. As the CFO for the Brazil region， he oversees all financial activities， including accounting， reporting and debt capital markets. Previously， Mr. Costa acted as CFO for the capital solutions and equipment services divisions at GE Capital in Brazil. In this capacity， Mr. Costa was responsible for the startup of the equipment services group， from defining operating systems and controls to implementing GE's corporate financial standards in adherence with Sarbanes-Oxley. He has more than 18 years of management experience working for several multinational companies， including Citibank， BankBoston， CIT Financial， and El Camino Resources， a leading equipment leasing and financing firm. While at El Camino， Mr. Costa oversaw the firm's operations throughout Latin America. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo and attended an executive MBA program from BankBoston Foundation.
