Sebastiano Ferrante

Sebastiano Ferrante is jointly responsible for Tishman Speyer's business in Germany with a specific focus on acquisitions. Most recently， Mr. Ferrante was responsible for overseeing acquisitions work in Germany for core and opportunistic opportunities. Mr. Ferrante previously worked for Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG as a commercial real estate developer and an executive board member， acting on behalf of other companies on acquisitions as well as sales and in investment advice. Prior to that， Mr. Ferrante worked for four years as an investment manager at Deka Immobilien Investment. Prior to Deka Immobilien Investment， Mr. Ferrante worked for approximately three years in the valuation and investment advice department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt. His qualifications include a first-class diploma in psychology， and he also graduated from the European Business School as a real estate economist.
