Steven T. Wilking

Steven T. Wilking oversees Tishman Speyer’s Global Risk and Insurance Management group. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， Mr. Wilking was with Marsh USA and Hobbs Group managing insurance placements and risk management activities for large real estate portfolios. While at Hobbs Group， he worked for 14 years in an outsourced risk management function for the Rouse Company. He holds professional designations of an Associate in Risk Management （ARM） and a Certified Insurance Counselor （CIC）. He earned a BA from Michigan State University and a masters in International Management （MIM） and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
