Bruce E. Phillips

Bruce E. Phillips is responsible for supervising the design and construction of all Tishman Speyer projects in the United States. In New York he is directly responsible for projects including Yankee Stadium and the 2.5 million sf mixed-use Gotham Center in Long Island City. Recently completed projects include a 420，000 Data Center in Piscataway New Jersey， Hearst Tower and the Citigroup LIC2 Building. Mr. Phillips was also the project executive on the Chrysler Center Redevelopment soon after joining Tishman Speyer in 1998.

Previously， Mr. Phillips spent fifteen years at American Broadcasting Companies， Inc. where he was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction. During his time at ABC he managed the development， design and construction of projects including ABC's Broadcast Center and Headquarters on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Mr. Phillips graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a BA from the School of Architecture in 1978.
