John G. Finley

John G. Finley先生，资深常务董事，是黑石的首席法律顾问。

加入Blackstone前的22年中，Finley先生一直是美国盛信律师事务所（Simpson Thacher & Bartlett）的合伙人，离职前其担任该律师事务所执行委员会成员及全球并购部的负责人。

Finley先生现为哈佛法学院企业管治计划顾问委员会（Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance）成员，及犹太家庭和儿童服务委员会（Jewish Board of Family and Children Services）的理事。他亦为哈佛法学院（Jewish Board of Family and Children Services）的客座教授。他曾在纽约州律师协会证券监管委员会（Committee of Securities Regulation of the New York State Bar Association）以及哥伦比亚大学经济和财经新闻Knight-Bagehot奖学金顾问委员会（Board of Advisors of the Knight-Bagehot Fellowship in Economics and Business Journalism at Columbia University）任职。他还曾任国际律师协会年度国际并购会议（Annual International Mergers & Acquisitions Conference of the International Bar Association）的主席。

Finley先生以最优成绩从宾夕法尼亚州大学渥顿学院（Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania）获得经济学学士学位（1978年），以最优成绩从宾夕法尼亚州大学文理学院（College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania）获得历史学学士学位（1978年），并从哈佛法学院（Harvard Law School）以优等成绩获得法学博士学位（1981年）。
