David Li

David has over 17 years of experiences in private equity investments， operations， corporate finance and consulting. He was Managing Director of ChinaVest overseeing its venture capital investments and portfolio company management. His operational experiences include CFO at Wan Hua Industrial Corporation， the parent company of a leading China A-share listed chemical company and Great Wall Technology Company， a Hong Kong H-share listed IT company. Prior to his VC and CFO positions， David worked in the investment banking division at CS First Boston （formerly DLJ） and was responsible for corporate finance， M&A and merchant banking investments for companies. David was also a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton advising multinational clients in the Great China region on strategies， operational management and corporate development.

David holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Management， a MA in Molecular Biology from Columbia University and a BA in Biochemistry from Beijing University.
