Siu Kay Chan， obtained master degree in Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and master degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde （United Kingdom）. Mr Chan is the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of Sunshine Holdings Limited and is responsible for the overall planning and management of The Company’s financial， taxation and corporate governance. Prior to joining our Group in July 2005， Mr Chan has accumulated more than 20 years of experience with auditing， accounting and corporate finance work. Mr Chan has been the chief financial officer of several companies listed in Hong Kong.Mr Chan also holds a practicing certificate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Chan is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants （United Kingdom） and a graduate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries， the latter having awarded him an associate membership in December 2005.
