Lam Peck Heng

Lam Peck Heng， obtained Bachelor degree of Science （Honours）in Mathematics from the University of Singapore， and Master degree of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Kansas. Mr. Lam was appointed as an Independent Director of Snowcity Internetional Holdings Limited on 24 May 2004. Mr Lam was appointed as Independent Director of Asia Tiger Group Limited on 20 December 2004. Mr Lam has been a teacher at Raffles Institution， a senior officer at the Economic Development Board， an administrative officer at the Ministry of Finance of Singapore， an assistant general manager at Intraco Ltd and the registrar and executive director of the Singapore Society of Accountants. He was appointed Head of Mission in Myanmar from 1988 to 1992. He was Singapore’s High Commissioner to India from January 1993 to June 1996 and High Commissioner to New Zealand from July 1996 to June 2000. He was Bhutan’s Honorary Consul in Singapore from 1983 to 1988. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 1982 and made a Friend of Labour in 1983.
