Wang Huizheng

Wang Huizheng， obtained a Bachelor in Communications and Electronics and a Master of Communication and Electronics from the People’s Liberation Army Institute of Information Engineering. From 1990 to 1992， Mr. Wang acted as an Advisor for the Scientific Research Department of the People’s Liberation Army Institute of Information Engineering where he was responsible for managing scientific projects. From 1993 to 1995， he was appointed as an Assistant to the Head of the Department at the Advanced Communications Technology Research Department of the National Science Committee of the PRC. Mr. Wang worked at Ju Long Information Technology Co.， Ltd from 1995 to 2004 where he held various positions including assistant to the general manager and general manager of the strategic research department， information network department and data products department. Mr. Wang Huizheng was appointed as Administrative Vice-President of Beijing Aceway Telecom Technology Co.， Ltd. in 2004. He is responsible for the administration and public relations of the Group.
