Addyson Xue， obtained a Postgraduate Education Certificate （Economic Management） from the Academy of Social Science， Heilongjiang in 1993. Mr. Xue has approximately 30 years of experience in the power industry in the PRC. From 1976 to 1982， Mr. Xue was employed in Beian Electrical Industry Power Bureau， PRC and joined Harbin No. 3 Power Plant as the Deputy General Manager in 1986. From 1993 to 1995， Mr. Xue was appointed as the Chairman/President of Heilongjiang Electric Power Share Holding Co. and the Heilongjiang Long Dian Group. In 1996， Mr. Xue was appointed as Chairman/President of Huafu Power Investment Co Ltd and Heilongjiang Electrical Enterprise Group Ltd and as Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Electric Power Corporation Ltd. From 1997 to 1998， Mr. Xue was the Chairman/ President of Tianhe Taifu Electrical Investment & Development Co.， Ltd. In 1998， Mr. Xue was appointed an executive officer in Asia Power Investments Pte Ltd and he is currently the executive vice-chairman of Asia Power Corporation Limited. In 2000， Mr. Xue was appointed as Director of Vastland Investments Pte Ltd. Mr. Xue is Non-Executive Chairman of Asia Water Technology Ltd. Mr. Xue provides leadership to the Board and overall business strategy and planning of the Group.He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Asia Water Technology Ltd.， a company listed in Singapore.
