Leung Yik Man Lawren

Leung Yik Man Lawrence， obtained a Bachelor Degree of Arts （Honours） in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnics University. Mr. Leung is a CPA member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Leung started career as an audit trainee at Chan Chee Cheng & Co.， CPA in June 1996. Between May 1997 and April 2005， Mr. Leung was an audit manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in charge of audit engagement. Mr. Leung was Chief Financial Officer of China Essence Group Limited and was responsible for the implementation of group’s internal controls and corporate governance practices as well as liaising with external parties and regulatory bodies in respect of financial matters.
