Stephen Bruce

Stephen Bruce is vice president of Human Resources for CDC Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Bruce has more than 15 years of experience in the management and delivery of human resources for small/emerging software organizations， as well as， large enterprise software providers. Over the past 10 years， Mr. Bruce held global HR director-level positions for Infor Global Solutions and Geac Computer Corporation Limited. Most recently， at Infor， Stephen directed global HR for the Strategic Solutions Group， comprised of the CRM， SCM， EAM and PM business units. Previously， he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for eCredit. Stephen holds extensive experience in all facets of HR including: executive leadership， talent management， acquisition integration， organizational development， performance management， and compensation programs/planning in diverse and rapidly-changing organizations.
