Yi Fang Liu is one of the founders of Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Company and was appointed Executive Director on 2004-03-26. He has over 20 years of experience in the printing and paper packaging industry. Together with Yen Wen Hwa， he founded the JST Companies and has provided leadership to the JST Companies up till now. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Liantong and Jiangsu Liantong Sampoerna， JST Printing， as well as serving on the boards of various companies in the PRC， including Wuxi Qingcaodi Dairy Co.， Ltd， Jiangsu Runhua Sci-Tech Investment Co.， Ltd， and Zhangjiagang Yangzijiang Vessel Disassembling Co.， Ltd.
