Matt Culig

Matt Culig has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Colorado. Matt began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick， an international public accounting and tax firm， last holding the position of audit manager. Later， He was Vice President-Finance of Tanning Technology Corporation， a former publicly traded IT services and solutions provider. Matt is the Chief Financial Officer of PRC Venture Partners and has been a member of Fulton Capital Management LLC since 2004. He has over 15 years of finance， accounting and managerial experience， including corporate mergers and acquisitions and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.
