Andrew Adams

Andrew W. Adams， General Partner， joined Oak Investment Partners in October 2003. He currently focuses on investments in the healthcare and financial services technology industries. Andrew is actively involved with a number of Oak’s portfolio companies including Acculynk， Argus Information & Advisory Services， Benefitfocus， iHealth Technologies， NetSpend， One Medical Group， Inc.， PayFlex Systems， PharMEDium Healthcare， and Radisphere National Radiology Group. Andrew’s past portfolio activity includes American Esoteric Laboratories （acquired by Sonic Healthcare Limited）， CareMedic Systems （acquired by Ingenix）， CLARiENT， Harbor Payments （acquired by American Express）， Health Dialog （acquired by British United Provident Association） and United BioSource （acquired by Medco Health Solutions）. Prior to joining Oak， Andrew was a Senior Associate with Capital Resource Partners， a mezzanine capital firm， where he focused on investments in healthcare and business services companies. Andrew was also a Financial Analyst in the media and communications group of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Andrew graduated from Princeton University with a BA in History.
