Philippe Joland

Philippe Joland joined Tishman Speyer in 2004 and is responsible for Acquisitions and Asset Management in France. Mr. Joland's responsibilities include developing Tishman Speyer's tenant relationships and overall market presence. Before joining Tishman Speyer， Mr. Joland was a commercial director at Société Foncière Lyonnaise， a French REIT， for three years. Mr. Joland began his career in brokerage at CBRE-Bourdais in 1993. Mr. Joland holds a degree from ESG Business School.
