Jian Zhong Liu was a deputy factory manager at JCTPF and was involved in printing cigarette packaging when JCTPF commenced such printing business. In 1988， he left JCTPF to pursue further studies in Australia and during that time， Liu Jian Zhong started his own business in petrol stations and property development while he was in Australia. In 1996， he returned to the PRC to resume his career in printing cigarette packaging by assuming the position of General Manager of JST Paper， a position which he still holds. As part of his responsibilities as the CEO， he assumes the position of General Manager of JST Printing. He has held this position since the incorporation of JST Printing in 2000.

Liu Jian Zhong is the CEO of Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited. He was appointed a Director of the Company on 2004-02-10 He held various management positions in his career in the cigarette packaging printing business.
