Lau Tsz Bun

Lau Tsz Bun holds a Bachelor of Arts （Honours） degree in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants， and also a Chartered Financial Analyst and fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified

Accountants.

Mr Lau Tsz Bun first started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young from 1992-08 to 1995-12. Thereafter， he worked as an assistant manager in New World Development （China） Co.， Ltd. from 1996-01 to 1997-02. From 1997-07 to 1998-12， he worked as a senior auditor in Deloitte Touche & Tomatsu and from 1999-01 to 2003-08， he worked as a manager of KPMG.

Mr Lau Tsz Bun was appointed as an Independent Director of FM Holdings Limited on 2005-03-25. He has， since 2003-06， been an executive director of Premium Financial Consulting Co.， Limited， in charge of its day-to-day management.
