Tung Kum Hon

Tung Kum Hon is a Malaysian Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certi®ed Public Accountants. He is also a Malaysian Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has over 15 years experience in public accountancy， business advisory and transaction services with PricewaterhouseCoopers， Hong Kong and Malaysia， as well as KPMG， Singapore. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of the Bintang Melewar group of companies， Malaysia which is engaged in the business of investment holding， property development， engineering and consultancy. Between 2003 and August 2004， he was the Senior Vice President， Corporate Finance and Development of NTIH. During which time， he was also the Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of NTIH， assisting in projects initiated by the Executive Chairman of NTIH which involves restructuring of the business and review of the operations of the NTIH group. Tung Kum Hon is the CFO of Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited and was appointed a Director of the Company February 2004-02-10.
