Ko Yui Wai

Ko Yui Wai holds a secondary school certificate from the Princeton College in Hong Kong. Mr Ko started his career at an auditing firm， Stephen Liu & Co， as an auditor in charge of audit and taxation matters from September 1981 to December 1983. Thereafter， he worked at Sut Lik Electroplating Factory as a sales manager in charge of managing its sales from March 1984 to 1990-02. He subsequently worked as a general manager at Artly Marble Co.， Ltd.， where he wasprincipally in charge of formulating its business strategy and supervising the company’s administrative functions from 1990-03 to 1993-03. With his experience in managing factory operations， Mr Ko first joined FM Holdings Limited in 1993-07 as a manager in FML in charge of sales and marketing.

Mr Ko was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of FM Holdings Limited on 2004-09-07. He is responsible for formulating the overall business strategy of othe Group and is involved in major corporate decision making.
