Daniel P. Dooley

Daniel P. Dooley has been the Regional Leasing Director for Tishman Speyer Properties in Washington， DC since joining the firm in 2001. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry， the majority of which has been dedicated to leasing office space on behalf of owners. Mr. Dooley's former clients include The George Washington University， TIAA-CREF， Alaska Permanent Fund， LA Fire and Police Pension Fund， Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System and CALPERS. Prior to Daniel P. Dooley joining Tishman Speyer Properties in 2001， Mr. Dooley worked for Julien J. Studley， Jones Lang LaSalle and JMB-Heitman Properties. Mr. Dooley is responsible for running the leasing component of our regional office in Washington， DC. His portfolio consists of 14 million square feet of owned existing properties， third party assignments， projects under construction and finding build-to-suit opportunities for our land in Northern Virginia. He is on the board of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association. Along with serving on the advisory board of the Jubilee Support Alliance and on the advisory board for the Business Development Committee for the DC Marketing Center. Mr. Dooley is licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Washington， DC and has his broker's license in Virginia. He earned his BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University.
