Ana Carmen Alvarenga

Ana Carmen Alvarenga is Managing Director Acquisitions & Development.

Ms. Alvarenga joined Tishman Speyer in 2007 and heads the firm’s Acquisition & Development business in Rio de Janeiro where she has built strong relationships with the local market and relevant government authorities. Prior to joining the company， Ms. Alvarenga spent sixteen years at Brascan Residential Properties – Brookfield， as superintendent of real estate transactions for residential and commercial developments in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. From 1987- 1991， Ms. Alvarenga was responsible for construction activities with Real Engenharia， the leading company in class A projects. Ms. Alvarenga received a degree in Architecture and urban planning and a post graduate degree in marketing and business administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
