Bernard E. M. Penaud

Bernard E. M. Penaud is Senior Managing Director Chief Operating Officer， Europe.

Mr. Penaud joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and is responsible for the company's activities in France， including acquisitions， developments and dispositions. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in early 2006， Mr. Penaud was co-head of European acquisitions at JPMorgan for two years， supervising activities for the JPMorgan European Property Fund in Western Continental Europe. Prior to his role as co-head， he was in charge of real estate acquisitions in France for the Peabody funds， co-managed by JPMorgan and the O'Connor group. Previously， he worked for Arthur Andersen， Unibail and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Penaud graduated from ENS Arts & Metiers， France， with an engineering degree， and he received a master's degree in business from ESCP.
