Gerard Franklin

Gerard Franklin joined Tishman Speyer in 2007. He is responsible for managing the tax structuring and reporting of Tishman Speyer's investments in Europe. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， Mr. Franklin was a senior manager in the Real Estate Tax Team at KPMG London. He has specialized in providing real estate tax advice for 8 years and has been a corporate tax adviser for 11 years. Mr. Franklin graduated from Birmingham University with an honors degree in economics and politics and is a chartered tax adviser.
