Patrick Kearney

Patrick Kearney leads Tishman Speyer’s acquisition and asset management efforts in the Chicago region. During his tenure at Tishman Speyer he has been responsible for the acquisition of 12.4 million square feet. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2005， he worked for Lincoln Property Company within their Pension Fund Advisory Group where he participated in acquiring and managing more than 3.0 million square feet. Before joining Lincoln Property Company， he worked in commercial mortgage banking with Johnson Capital Group where he participated in both debt and JV equity placement. He is a member of ULI， NAIOP， YREP and WREAA. Mr. Kearney earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
