John Ollen

John Ollen oversees all leasing responsibilities for Tishman Speyer's Southern California properties， including 400 South Hope in Downtown Los Angeles， the Beverly Hills portfolio and the new developments in Playa Vista. Mr. Ollen joined Tishman Speyer Properties in June of 2001 as the individual responsible for leasing what was then MGM Plaza in Santa Monica. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer Properties， he was with Insignia/ESG where he ran the Agency Group for Los Angeles. Over his career， Mr. Ollen has completed over 11 million square feet of transactions for some of the highest profile buildings in the Los Angeles area.
