Valerie Peltier

Valerie Peltier joined Tishman Speyer in 1995 as part of the Acquisitions and Development group and since then has been responsible for the planning and construction/ rehabilitation of several major projects. Most recently she led the team responsible for the development of the new $1.3 Billion Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

Valerie Peltier is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Museum of Natural History and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York as well as a member of the Distribution Committee of the New York Community Trust. Ms. Peltier graduated from Harvard College in 1989 and received her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law in 1993.
