Ho Yew Mun

Mr Ho holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Victoria University， Wellington. He is an International Member and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants （United Kingdom）， the Vice President of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants （Singapore Branch）， and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants （Singapore）. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.Mr Ho Yew Mun was appointed to the Board as an Independent Director on 1 September 2006. He is currently an Executive Director of Ho Yew Mun Pte Ltd， a consultancy and advisory firm， as well as FX153 Pte Ltd. He is also an Independent Director of Dynamax International Limited and Epure International Ltd. Prior to these appointments， Mr Ho was the Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group of DBS Bank Limited （2001-2005）， and Head of Equity Capital Market of DBS Bank Limited Hong Kong （2001- 2003）. He has an indepth knowledge of the Singapore equity markets having served as the Senior Vice President of Singapore Exchange Limited， Head of Securities Market Division （1993-2000）， and Listings Manager of the then Stock Exchange of Singapore （1993-1999）. From August 1988 to March 1993， Mr Ho was a Financial Management Consultant with The Treasury （New Zealand） and later served as the Acting Manager of Financial Management Implementation in 1991 and Financial Controller， Government Computing Service （New Zealand）.
