Mr. Meyer， aged 66， Deputy Chairman of Clear Media， is also the Global President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings， Inc. Before that， Mr. Meyer held the position of President and CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor’s North and Latin American division. Prior to joining Clear Channel in 1996， Mr. Meyer served for over twenty years as the managing partner of Meyer， Hendricks & Bivens and its predecessor law firms. Mr. Meyer currently serves as the elected Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Traffic Audit Bureau in the U.S.A. and is its Secretary/Treasurer. He is a member of a number of boards of nonprofit organizations.
