Simon T.F. Chan

Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Finance degree and earned a Master of Science degree in Risk Management in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a certified Risk Manager. Simon Chan brings many years of venture capital， private equity and investment banking experience to Emerald Hill. At Emerald Hill， he spends significant time building financial models to support investment decisions， conducting research and maintaining the internal database to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information. His other responsibilities include fund monitoring and servicing of Emerald Hill’s limited partners.Before joining Emerald Hill， Mr. Chan worked at Taiwan-based Mega Capital in its equity capital market and corporate finance department， gaining substantial investment banking experience in the Greater China region. At present he is an Analyst of Emerald Hill.
