George Wai Kan Chan

George Wai Kan Chan joined Tishman Speyer in February 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the firm's finance and accounting functions in China. Previously， he was the finance director at Shui On Land Limited. Prior to Shui On， he was the general manager of finance at Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting， auditing， taxation， financial control， corporate finance and general management. He has held senior management positions with listed companies from various industries including real estate， promotional toys and magazine publication. Mr. Chan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BS in economics & accountancy from The City University， London， and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
