Ryan Botjer

Ryan Botjer heads Tishman Speyer's business in China and is based in our Shanghai headquarters office， which he established in 2006. Previously， Mr. Botjer was part of the company's leadership development program， in which he was involved in the formation of Tishman Speyer's Listed Property Trust （LPT） in Australia and the development of the company's emerging markets platform. From 1996 to 2001， Mr. Botjer lived in China， where he most recently served as chief operating officer of Asia Pacific Real Estate Ltd.， which co-developed phase I of the Shanghai Racquet Club & Apartments with ING Real Estate. In that capacity， he worked on the project's development as well as its asset management strategy. Mr. Botjer speaks Mandarin Chinese. He graduated from Colgate University with a BA and received his MBA from Georgetown University.
