Gary M. Kravetz

Gary M. Kravetz joined Tishman Speyer in 2007 and is based in New York as a managing director and associate general counsel for the Emerging Markets Group. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， Mr. Kravetz was a partner at the law firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in New York， where he represented private equity groups， investment banks and REITs on all aspects of real estate transactions including joint ventures， financing， development， and leasing， as well as both portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and dispositions throughout the U.S.， Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously， Mr. Kravetz was a real estate attorney with the law firm Skadden， Arps， Slate， Meagher & Flom LLP and was an associate in the real estate advisory services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kravetz earned a JD from the University of Miami and an LLM in taxation from New York University. Mr. Kravetz is a member of the New York Bar Association as well as the Florida Bar Association.
